How to cook Mango Mastani

To make mango mastani, a popular Indian milkshake, you'll need a few ingredients and a blender. Here's a simple recipe to help you make mango mastani:


Ingredients:


1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 cup chilled milk

2-3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)

Sliced almonds, pistachios, or cashews for garnish

A few strands of saffron (optional, for garnish)

Cherry or mango chunks for garnish (optional)




Instructions:


Take the chopped mango pieces, sugar, and milk in a blender jar.

Blend everything together until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
